Mentors are individuals who work with coaches and their teams to help guide the team throughout the course of the season. Your commitment level as a mentor will vary, as it is entirely up to you (as the mentor), and the program how much time you dedicate to working with the robotics team. It may feel like you must have an engineering or an information technology background to be a mentor, but that is not the case at all. Anyone interested in helping can be a Mentor, regardless of their profession. Teams are looking for Mentors of all skill-sets, so your help would be greatly appreciated!
