Traci Woeppel

Traci Woeppel is an accomplished program director and manager with over two decades of experience in leadership roles within non-profit organizations and juvenile care facilities. Most recently, she served as the Program Director at New Life Children’s Center in Canyon Lake, Texas, where she led a team of over 70 staff members. . Traci was instrumental in fostering a collaborative environment, implementing team-based leadership strategies, and ensuring a secure, safe facility for both staff and residents. Her leadership skills were further demonstrated through her daily interactions with the Texas Department of Protective Services and Juvenile Probation departments, as well as her ability to manage crisis situations in coordination with local law enforcement.

Before her tenure at New Life Children’s Center, Traci was the Area Manager for Soldier’s Angels in San Antonio, Texas, where she coordinated fundraising activities, expanded public awareness of the organization’s mission, and supervised local programs and volunteers. Her previous experience also includes a long-standing role as Program Manager at The GEO Group’s Hector Garza Center, a 24-hour operational juvenile lock-secured facility. There, she managed a large team and was crucial in ensuring compliance with state regulations, improving staff performance, and maintaining the security and safety of the facility. Traci holds a degree from the University of Phoenix and has consistently demonstrated her commitment to supporting and improving the lives of those in her care throughout her career.
