Program Leaders

Our Program Leaders focus on statewide organization and support. They manage areas such as:

  • Texas-wide event planning, including the Texas State Cup
  • Volunteer coordination and training at a statewide level
  • Program policy and overall strategy for FTC in Texas

2025-2026 DECODEā„¢ Season

As part of the FIRST® AGE™ season, the new FIRST Tech Challenge has arrived: DECODE™ presented by RTX. Revealed on September 6, 2025, DECODE uncovers the mysteries of the world’s artifacts and challenges teams to unlock secrets through strategy, innovation, and teamwork.

Teams program classroom-scale robots to carry out autonomous commands before student drivers take control in high-energy two-on-two matches. Beyond the field, students sharpen STEM skills, lead community outreach, push the boundaries of engineering innovation, and build lasting confidence that prepares them for the future.
