Krystal T. Morris is a passionate educator, visionary program leader, and advocate for equity in STEAM education. With over 15 years of experience building community-rooted youth programs across Texas, she has devoted her life to creating inclusive learning spaces that empower underserved students—especially girls and students of color—to thrive in science, technology, engineering, the arts, and math.
As the founder of STEAM Kids and co-director of the Austin Area Urban Community Coalition, Krystal has developed award-winning robotics and innovation camps in Austin, San Antonio, and Dallas. Her signature youth initiative, “Battle of the Bots,” gives students a space to build, collaborate, and lead. She’s also an accomplished trainer, equipping educators and nonprofit teams in curriculum development, grant writing, and workplace readiness.
Now serving as the FLL Program Delivery Coordinator for Central Texas, Krystal brings her signature mix of excellence, empathy, and execution to the FIRST LEGO® League community. Her mission is simple: to amplify young voices, unlock innovation in every zip code, and ensure that no child is left out of the future they deserve.
