Countdown to FRC Kick Off

The countdown is officially on. In 5 days, on January 10, 2026, the challenge for the new season of the FIRST Robotics Competition, REBUILT™, will be revealed to teams around the world by FIRST. Across Texas, the excitement is already building as teams prepare for another season of innovation, teamwork, and high-energy competition.

Kickoff marks the official start of build season when students, mentors, and volunteers come together to turn ideas into fully functioning robots in just a few short weeks. From brainstorming and CAD to programming, wiring, and drive practice, these are the moments when creativity meets engineering in powerful ways.
