Chanda Lor
FLL Advisory Council
Chanda Lor is a semi‑retired community leader who has been actively involved with FIRST® LEGO® League since 2021 as a coach, mentor, and dedicated volunteer in the Central Region. She currently chairs her district’s after‑school robotics program, where she teaches, promotes, and supports STEM learning for elementary students while championing the mission and values of FIRST.
Chanda supports four FLL teams and mentors a middle school FTC team, providing guidance that strengthens teamwork, creativity, and real‑world problem‑solving. She also enjoys organizing and hosting FLL “get ready” events and community scrimmages, creating welcoming spaces for students to learn, collaborate, and grow. Her work reflects a deep commitment to helping young people build confidence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of STEM.
