I've been mentoring 624 Cryptonite since 2012 (Rebound Rumble).  I volunteered for a variety of positions (crowd control, queuer, robot inspector, defence coordinator) for the next few years but have been in the Field Supervisor position since 2017 (Steamworks) having been trained by Leigh.  I did my 1st full volunteer season (volunteer for an event every week in 2021) and have been doing so, minus COVID, ever since.  I started finding and training new Field Supervisor candidates that same year and have been coordinating the Field Supervisor volunteer schedule starting last season.
