Dewayne Higgs is a seasoned technologist and educator with over seventeen years of experience spanning software development, academic instruction, and entrepreneurial leadership. He founded West Texas Decision Systems, Inc., where he leads the design and implementation of custom software solutions involving machine learning and artificial intelligence, applying his deep expertise to meet diverse client needs. Previously, he played a key role in shaping technical education as an instructor and program coordinator at Amarillo College's Computer Information Systems academic program, blending real-world insight with teaching to prepare students for careers in technology.
