Saiansh Kavuri

Saiansh (Sai) Kavuri is a FIRST in Texas Fellow serving the North Texas Region. He is currently pursuing a
degree in Computer Information Systems and Technology at The University of Texas at Dallas. Sai’s
involvement with FIRST began as a participant in FLL, FTC, and FRC, where he developed a deep
appreciation for engineering integrity, collaborative problem-solving, and the principle of Gracious
Professionalism. These formative experiences reinforced his conviction that technical proficiency must be
complemented by ethical responsibility in STEM disciplines.

In his role as a Fellow, Sai provides support to teams and event partners throughout North Texas, with a focus
on expanding access to FIRST programs and assisting new teams in establishing sustainable, studentcentered foundations. He is committed to fostering environments that prioritize respect, safety, and ethical
decision-making, alongside technical excellence.

At UT Dallas, Sai engages in robotics initiatives and network/data center design projects, further advancing his
technical expertise and professional ethics through interdisciplinary coursework. His long-term goal is to pursue
a career in Network Engineering while continuing to advocate for STEM programs that inspire innovation
grounded in responsibility.
