Emily Esch

Emily Esch brings 10 years of experience to her role as the FTC Operations Manager. She started her journey in FIRST competing on FTC team 8204 in 2013. During College, Emily worked at her alma mater the University of Texas at Dallas as a Robotics Outreach Student Employee, where she assisted with coordinating FTC events for the Dallas area. Emily was the Regional Head Referee for North Texas FTC from 2018-2021 and the Regional Volunteer Coordinator from 2021-2023. In addition to wearing many hats as an event coordinator and Key Volunteer, Emily worked for REV Robotics from 2020-2021 and helped with the development of REV’s FTC documentation. Outside of her robotics career, Emily has a background in Information Technology, with a Bachelors of Science in Information Technology and Systems from the University of Texas at Dallas.
