Event & Logistics Coordinator
Seth Lara serves as an Event & Logistics Coordinator for FIRST in Texas. He began his STEM journey as a leader of a FIRST Tech Challenge team for four years. Mr Lara served as an intern for the FIRST Rio Grande Valley partner to help recruit volunteers, sponsors, promote team sustainability and help produce events during the 2021 season.
After completing his internship, he served a year as an Americorps VISTA that receive a poverty wage in service to lower-income and underserved communities.
Mr Lara joined the FIRST in Texas family in 2022 to continue to learn and help grow program access across the state of Texas while he completes his higher educational studies at the University of Texas – San Antonio School of Business.
