Each organization which provides funding for team grants has their own targets and goals for their funding. By completing our application your team will be reviewed for eligibility for all grants and considered for all grants for which your team is eligible.
All of the information collected in our application is relevant to the targets or goals of one or more of our grantors. Data collected in our application may be used in connection with grant reporting, newsletters, websites and marketing materials associated with FIRST® Robotics. At no time will student identifiable information be released or published; only aggregated information.

Texas Workforce Commission (TWC)
The Texas Workforce Commission grant serves as a opportunity to help develop new high school aged teams in the State of Texas. In particular, we are looking for teams coming from under-served or financially limited communities, or teams who resides in communities where FIRST® Robotics is not as well established.
The Dell grant is aimed to serving teams in financial and underrepresented students (females and/or minorities). More specifically, Dell is looking to provide financial support to those teams who prove that they need it, and prove that they can use this grant to make a difference in their communities.
In an effort to promote science, technology, and engineering in the community, 3M has offered grants to teams who demonstrate outstanding academic achievement, have a need for financial assistance, or have proven that they can make a different in their community through FIRST® Robotics.
NXP is excited to announce that they are offering grants for select teams in Texas! They seek to support teams that consist of underrepresented students (females and/or minorities) and/or team members that live in a household which qualifies for federal benefits.
As part of a strong tradition of community involvement, Rackspace is proud to announce that they are offering grants for FIRST teams in the San Antonio area. If your team/school is part of the feeder pattern to Roosevelt HS in San Antonio’s NEISD, you are encouraged to apply for this grant.
Toyota Motor Manufacturing Texas is proud to announce that they are offering grants for FIRST teams in the San Antonio area as part of their Backyard Strategy. If your team is located in a school district adjacent to the Toyota plant in San Antonio, you are encouraged to apply for this grant.
Grants not Administered by FIRST in Texas
Additional grants are available through other sources outside of FIRST in Texas, including national grants from FIRST® and corporate grants.
